An online consultation platform built to give parents easier, more reliable access to pediatric care - video consultations, ongoing relationships with specific doctors, and support outside standard clinic hours.

At the point I joined, the product existed only as a brief and a business idea. There was no existing UX, no design system, no validated flow - I built the product's structure and interface from zero.
