Banking SaaS web app

For 2 years, I worked as a product designer on a SaaS platform, sold under license. The core application was fully web-based; the only local component required was a lightweight Device Manager installer, used to connect peripheral hardware such as scanners and printers to the platform. My role involved both developing and enhancing the platform itself and working on individual applications (products) within it.
